14-Day Returns – Change of Mind
You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
If possible, include a photo or video showing the problem.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item and cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or damaged goods, in line with UK consumer law.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following our return process, and then place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
